Day 1>>>>> B+H=NEFZ

Harini 1st day, harini la jg br created this blog..hah' SEMANGAT!!
Hari ini lah juga redah je start this projek..

mn taknye..
sarap=1 n 1/2 keping roti canai+kari daging warung Wak Poyot.
Almaklum dah pakat ngan K.dila n A.Azli pi chill pg kat warung Wak Poyot(pendas,g.Patah).
Sejak aku bw k.dila n a.azli p pekene roti canai kampung kat warung Pak Poyot..akhirnya kami bertiga menjadi WakPoyotMania..aha.
Anyway, back to d point..
lunch plak 1/2 mangkuk kecil nasi+ikan masak kicap..
okla kan..small portion of meal..
tp klu dah mcm emi nie...tak ke mmg betambah ternakan lemak kat badan..

2.00pm : msg Yana to remind her abt out date for jogging..

3.15pm : Yana called me.she can't make it sbb nak tgk BON ODORI with her sis kat shpngMall.

4.15pm afta Asar, went beck home..tukar bj+isi air masak. sempat jg la minum 1 botol air masak prepared for better jog..aha. n rush to Mutiara Rini Recrational Park.. TARGET: EXERCISE=1 jam 30 min

5.20pm : sampai dah..alamak kasut aku..mcm nak tecabut tapak jer.due2 plak tuh.nie mesti bab simpan dlm kete.panas kene matahari.huh lantakla.apepun jadi aku mesti jog hrni.
sengsorg+tapak kasut loose=nekad!

5.25pm : start brisk jog for about 2 min+strecthing 10min+started jogging

5.54pm : eleh..br 19min jogging..ah lari lg la.bleh tahan penat gaks.jog+brisk walk+jog+brisk walk+slow walk...tak igt bape round..paling best kaw2 of d day=tapak kasut akhirnye tercabut...
hehehe..nasib baik ade selapis lg tu pun sakit gak kaki..

6.24pm : benti jap, cari port utk wat simple aerobik..depan tasik..alamak dah lame tak wat aerobik..klaka la plak mcm menari rap, poco2 pun ade haha..lantak la.janji sume bahagian work out hrni..then smbung jalan2 lg. kaki crampla plak tetibe...agaknye ni siren suh benti.cari port jap utk strecthing n warming down..

dah azan maghrib : balik..Alhamdulillah, tercapai jg. Esok insyaAllah jog lg.

unfortunately..i'd a supper with sup tulangla plak.tak bleh tolak org nak blanje.segan plak nak postpone.hehe.ding dong btl...nak plak habis satu mangkuk. SEDAP N KAW seh..SUP TULANG@ARENA G.Patah...ADE BRAN TOLAK, CUBE AR...ehe (promo jap)

Anyway, no matter what..EMI, next time u need to be strict OK!!
STRICT, DICIPLINE n PASSION!!!
